2. Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website manataco.com (the “website”), owned by THE DUPLEX CLUB, S.L., whose purpose is to present the Manataco restaurant, its menu and its services, and to allow table bookings.

Access to the website is free of charge and confers the status of user. Browsing it implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to make diligent use of the website and of the information it contains, and in particular:

  • Not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights of third parties.
  • Not to introduce or spread content that infringes human rights or the image or dignity of any person.
  • Not to cause damage to the physical or logical systems of the owner, its suppliers or third parties.
  • To provide truthful information when making a booking or contacting the restaurant.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the website —texts, photographs, graphic design, logos, trade marks, source code and other elements— belongs to THE DUPLEX CLUB, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the owner’s express written authorisation is prohibited. Access to the website does not grant the user any right over that content.

5. Links to other sites

The website may include links to third-party pages (for example social networks, maps or the booking engine). THE DUPLEX CLUB, S.L. does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites, the use of which is governed by their own terms.

6. Table bookings

Bookings are handled through the CoverManager platform, embedded in the booking page. When you make a booking, the details you provide are also processed by that supplier under its own terms. You can read how we process your data in our Privacy Policy.

Bookings are subject to availability. The restaurant may release the table 15 minutes after the booked time if the guest has neither arrived nor been in touch.

7. Disclaimer

THE DUPLEX CLUB, S.L. endeavours to keep the published information correct and up to date, particularly as regards the menu, prices, allergens and opening hours. However, these may vary owing to market availability or operational changes, so the menu and prices in force are always those of the premises.

The owner is not liable for service interruptions, errors or omissions arising from causes beyond its control, nor for any damage that may arise from use of the website.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, unless the applicable consumer legislation establishes a different venue.
