At Manataco, Mexican cooking starts with the produce, the tradition and the pleasure of sharing. We are a taquería in Palma specialising in tacos, quesadillas and antojitos made with recipes full of flavour, sauces with character and that authentic touch that turns every visit into a little trip to Mexico.
Our menu comes from the food culture of Mexico City, with dishes meant to be ordered for the middle of the table, so you can try different flavours and take your time. From the taco al pastor to the cochinita, the suadero or the quesadillas, every choice here has a character of its own.

Everything we serve is made for sharing: start with guacamole, nachos or an antojito, carry on with a round of tacos and finish with a cocktail, a michelada or a good tequila. All from a menu that is easy to enjoy, whether you already love Mexican food or you are here to discover it for the first time.

On our menu you will find tacos served on corn tortilla with coriander and onion, exactly as tradition demands. Tacos al pastor, cochinita, suadero, carnitas, Sonora style grilled meat, pork rib with mole sauce, Baja California style fish, or vegetarian options such as roasted sweet potato and roast aubergine.
We also have antojitos to start with or to share: guacamole with totopos, nachos with cheese, crunchy cauliflower, chicken flutes, Acapulco ceviche, red tuna tartare toast and other recipes that round off the experience.
And if melted cheese is more your thing, our quesadillas are a must: the Gringa, the beef one, mushroom, black bean or sliced poblano chilli peppers.
